The solution had to maintain the core principles that had proven successful for Symes' thirty-five year history, while fundamentally redefining the speed and efficiency of almost every business process. With a specialized team of consultants, programmers, and designers, Pier created a revolutionary product and an award-winning web site that changed the way people built, bought, and sold homes.

Pier first needed to understand Symes business processes and construction methodologies as well as their people - subcontractors, customers, and employees. Then, Pier needed to put the very latest technologies to the test to meet advanced functionality and usability requirements. The result was SiteCommand, a powerful web portal enabling seamless collaboration between project managers, contractors, realtors, administrative staff, and customers.

Pier continues to work with Symes on new developments including www.wakefieldcrossing.com, www.adamskitchens.com, and www.edwardsharborview.com. and is building upon the SiteCommand infrastructure to accommodate the addition of luxury condominiums to Symes product offering.
